CHICAGO -- Two people were shot dead and at least 60 were arrested as protests and looting continued in Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs on Monday in response to the police killing of George Floyd.

ISLAMABAD -- A roof of a school collapsed in Pakistan's northwest tribal district of North Waziristan on Tuesday, killing six people and leaving 14 others injured, local sources said.
A local journalist from the area told Xinhua that the incident took place when the roof of a classroom in a religious school collapsed, burying all 20 students present inside in Zubair Kot village in Shewa Tehsil area of North Waziristan, the country's district sharing border with Afghanistan. KABUL -- One person was killed and three others were wounded in a bomb explosion in downtown Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, on Tuesday, an Interior Ministry spokesman confirmed.

SAN FRANCISCO -- A helicopter with three people on board crashed near Fairfield, Northern California on Tuesday.
